Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) provides services to support people and communities during urgent behavioral health, public health or safety concerns. Services may include crisis intervention, outreach, assessment, referrals, care coordination and community-based support that helps people stabilize and connect with ongoing care. The purpose is to respond with compassion, reduce harm and promote wellness for individuals, families and the broader community.
