Help from local mental health counselors is available 24/7. Call us for help during a mental health crisis, substance use issue or thoughts of suicide.

If you or they are at risk of harming themselves or others, call 911. Even if you or your family member may be upset or afraid, call to help ensure everyone’s safety.
