Vital Records is open to customers and funeral homes from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM for certified copies of birth and death certificates.
Applications for medical marijuana cards are accepted on a walk-in basis during regular office hours.
Records for home births or out-of-hospital births are an appointment basis. Please call 650-573-2395 to schedule.
