Billing and patient care records for 9-1-1 EMS incidents must be requested from the provider that created and maintains the record.
The San Mateo County EMS Agency is not the Custodian of Records for 9-1-1 patient care or billing records. Request them directly from the provider.

AMR uses MediCopy to process patient and authorized third-party requests for patient care and billing records.
