Behavioral Health & Recovery Services
The Behavioral Health & Recovery Services (BHRS) Quality Management program provides a framework within which the Mental Health Plan (MHP) and the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) programs may monitor the service delivery system with the aim of improving the processes of providing care for and better meeting the needs of its beneficiaries. The QM program also monitors changes in state and federal regulations and policies and makes every effort to make improvements.
