Yes. In most cases, you can use MyChart to schedule a follow-up visit with a provider you’ve seen before.
Yes. All diagnoses are shared with the patient unless they are manually unshared by a clinician.
Yes. All lab and radiology results are released to MyChart. In some cases you may see your results before your doctor. Your care team will let you know if there is follow-up needed.
The amount of time it takes for results to be ready may vary depending on the type of test. Most results are posted in MyChart as soon as they are ready. Other results may take a few extra days to give your provider time to talk to you about the results.
Yes. Your current medication list is in your MyChart account. Let your care team know if changes are needed.
You are able to send a message to you care team in MyChart. Depending on your request, you may hear back from your doctor or nurse or other member of the care team.
MyChart is available in English, Spanish, Tagalog, Chinese, Portuguese and Arabic. Note that while most text within MyChart is translated, clinical content and messaging from your care team may be in English.
