Our interdisciplinary team uses the “functional restoration” model of pain management, which focuses on helping you manage the impact of pain and improve your quality of life without the overuse of medications.
This is a collaborative, holistic approach to managing chronic pain that may include a range of services, including intensive case management, medication management, physical, occupational and aquatic therapy, psychotherapy and addiction referrals.
