The EMS Duty Officer is available to healthcare and law-enforcement personnel for urgent or emergent EMS operational and safety matters. Healthcare providers at San Mateo County receiving hospitals, emergency departments and skilled nursing facilities should use System Contacts in ReddiNet for current contact information. If you cannot access ReddiNet, call San Mateo County Public Safety Communications at 650-363-4905 and request the EMS Duty Officer Connect.
Routine inquiries: Public Safety Communications can address most questions about specific 9-1-1 EMS calls, including destination, lost items and responding unit numbers. Identity and authorization verification are required.
