Environmental Health Services
San Mateo County Environmental Health Services is responsible for the inspection of various types of Mobile Food Facilities (MFF):
The Vehicle Inspection Program conducts annual certification and complaince inspections of MFFs. Inspections may involve commissaries that service these MFFs.
