Our emergency services are located on the first floor of the hospital at 222 West 39th Avenue, San Mateo, CA 94403.
We are taking extra steps to keep our patients safe when seeking emergency care.
If you need emergency care, you will be screened when you enter the Emergency Room. If you have respiratory symptoms, you will be given a mask to wear. If you have respiratory symptoms and meet the screening criteria for COVID-19, you will be given a mask and asked to wait in a separate area for care.
COVID-19 (Coronavirus) testing is not available on request. Just like testing for other infectious diseases, such as the flu, the first step is a full evaluation by your healthcare provider.
