Aging & Disability Services
Providers are able to log into their portal and access a copy of their W-2 under the financial section. Providers can request for W-2s from previous years through their payroll specialist. (Please note, it can take approximately 30 business days to receive your duplicate W-2 in the mail.)
Paper timesheets will no longer be available for IHSS providers after September 1, 2021. Registration for electronic timesheets is a condition of employment, and required by the State of California for providers who wish to participate in the IHSS Program.

Yes, we offer health and dental/vision insurance to a fixed number of enrollment spots.
To maintain your benefits, you must submit timesheets showing that you work 35 hours per month AND your timesheets must be submitted immediately following the end of the pay period, the 15th of the month and the last day of the month.

We do not offer paid vacation or holidays. IHSS providers currently working are eligible to receive Paid Sick Leave hours.

Yes, there is $50.00 available for the first 125 eligible providers who apply each month.
Yes, IHSS and WPCS Providers including live-in Providers can now enroll in an optional retirement savings program called CalSavers Retirement Savings Program. This program is overseen by the California State Treasurer and offers automatic payroll retirement contribution options.

The Public Authority offers workshops in English and Spanish, and Chinese on a variety of topics including infection control, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, caregiver stress, and many more.
The caregiver educational workshops or trainings offered by the Public Authority are free of charge. Participants will not be paid for their attendance.

The State of California has 10 business days to issue your check from the date your timesheet is submitted. Remember, weekends and holidays may delay your payment. You can call the IHSS Provider Help Desk to inquire about your pay check: (866) 376-7066.
How do I submit a change of address? Use the Change of Address form in the resource library and return it to us at P.O. Box 5892, San Mateo, CA 94402.
