Home Appointments
If you are a BHRS client actively receiving regular services through the BHRS System of Care and are unable to go to any of our clinic locations for a free health insurance screening, home appointments are available to assist you with any of the above health coverage programs. For Assistance with Public Benefits
State Disability Insurance (SDI), Unemployment Insurance (UIB), Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)
Benefits Specialists provide assistance with a full range of public benefits issues to BHRS clients and participants in the various Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) programs including SSI/SSDI applications, Medi-Cal applications and annual renewals, help completing forms, and help identifying other community resources.
