Office Hours
Vital Records is open to customers and funeral homes from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm for certified copies of birth and death certificates.

Applications for medical marijuana cards are accepted on a walk-in basis during regular office hours.

Records for home births / out-of-hospital births continue to be on an appointment basis. Please call (650) 573-2395 to schedule.
