Make sure your application is complete by including all required documents. Some applications may require additional documents to download, fill out, and upload through the portal.

If additional documentation is needed, the portal will provide instructions. You can find these supporting documents (such as addendums) in the Supporting Documents section below, organized by program.

Payments cannot be made to or accepted by inspectors. Payments must be made in person at the Environmental Health Services office, by mail, by phone at (650) 372-6200, or online through the MyEHS Portal.
