The Office of Consumer and Family Affairs (OCFA) supports consumers and their family members in resolving problems with Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS).

  • We will help guide you though the BHRS system and  help you find out how to get services and benefits for which you are eligible
  • We will obtain information about support and resources available to our consumers/clients and family members, including wellness centers and peer-run organizations
  • We will express and resolve and concerns or problems about your individual rights, including filing a grievance about services you receive from a BHRS provider
