This is a mandated training for all BHRS staff and fulfills the county HIPAA training requirement. 2 CEUs/CMEs granted upon completion. San Mateo County staff should take this by going to the LMS website if possible. This training meets the requirement for 2 Law & Ethics CEUs.

Basic Documentation Training Presented by BHRS Quality Management. Participants will learn to document services in order to provide a meaningful clinical record, learn documentation standards for Short Doyle/ MediCal Outpatient Services, and learn codes that are used for each specific service provided. If you are qualified you will be mailed your CEU certificate.
